My name is Michael Braehler. I have studied Physics at the Universities of Karlsruhe (Germany) and Grenoble (France). I managed an international technology and service company for 15 years before I decided to move to Hong Kong.
I have always been attracted to train and educate people, and in particular to work with children. Our children are our future. There have been tremendous changes over the last twenty years, and computer technology has entered nearly all areas of our life. This is also reflecting in the education of our children.
During the last two years new tools and methods for introducing children to computer programming have become available. They allow an even earlier and more effective introduction to computer science.
It is my vision to use the most up-to-date tools and the best methods to let our children become creators in this digital world. I want them to become passionate about technology, and at the same time responsible in its use. These are the core ideas I am communicating in my courses.
